How to use the rollers
- Divide your hair into manageable sections.
- Place the roller at the ends.
- Wrap the hair around the roller, and roll it toward your scalp, then add the roller pin, ensuring a tight grip.
- Apply heat with a blow-dryer to set the style. Leave the rollers in until your hair is completely dry.
- Remove the roller pin. Gently take the rollers out the hair individually, loosening them out of the hair starting at the nape of the neck working towards the top.

Yes! For select items, we offer a pre-order option, allowing you to reserve products before they’re back in stock. If an item is available for pre-order, you’ll see a pre-order button on the product page, along with an estimated shipping date. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
Once you place an order, our team processes it within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned new unused and with the original tag attached, including any hygiene seals or tags.
We regret that due to hygiene reasons, brushes and claw clips cannot be refunded.
