We love that this bag has been built for longevity. Made of lightweight material, fully lined in white fabric with taped seams and a metal zip, it looks good and performs like a pro. The zip-pull has a pleasingly solid metal pull tag with fabric loop to make opening and closing the bag pleasingly easy!

We process orders quickly, but if you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make the change. However, once the order has been dispatched, we’re unable to modify the address.
Yes! For select items, we offer a pre-order option, allowing you to reserve products before they’re back in stock. If an item is available for pre-order, you’ll see a pre-order button on the product page, along with an estimated shipping date. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
Once you place an order, our team processes it within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned new unused and with the original tag attached, including any hygiene seals or tags.
We regret that due to hygiene reasons, brushes and claw clips cannot be refunded.
